Seller Obligations
Sellers must provide accurate descriptions, clear photography, and transparent pricing. Hidden fees or misleading medical history for pets is strictly grounds for immediate permanent ban.
Buyer Conduct
Buyers are expected to communicate respectfully, honor confirmed viewing appointments, and conduct thorough due diligence before finalizing any adoption or purchase.

Liability & Disclaimers
PetMarket India acts as a platform for connecting users and does not own, inspect, or guarantee the health, temperament, or quality of the pets listed. All transactions are purely between the buyer and the seller.
Limitation of Liability
"To the maximum extent permitted by law, PetMarket India shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly."
Dispute Resolution
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these terms, including the formation, interpretation, breach, or termination thereof, shall be resolved through arbitration in Bengaluru, India in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act.
